Conditioning is an important part of training for athletes. With only 3 hours of practice a week, it is important for coaches to focus on volleyball skills during court time.
Girls are expected to do the weekly workouts at least 4 days a week, and more if a practice is missed. It should take them no less than 30 minutes to complete the entire workout. Girls should be running a mile with every workout. Jump roping in the garage is an alternate in case of inclement weather.
We do our best to mix up things each week so the girls don’t get bored. If they have questions about an exercise please contact your coach.
